Why do we speak? A silly question to ask but because I’m asking to inquire, it’s a great start. I don’t know what is going to come as an answer, maybe be answer is not important, or one can say it’s not an answer that is going to come as an inquiry. Not speaking feels much more natural to oneself. To speak is to convey something in words and words have other roles to play. Words are dangerous sometimes. One speaks not because there is an urge to speak, but because there is something to say because at times it’s important. There are times when silence is all one needs. It is better than words. It has more depth. It has many answers. Is there any better medium to understand things than silence? I doubt. If there is really something that one wants to understand, there is silence and even if one is speaking that silence remains there. Now at this time in those words, silence works and it changes the equation. It changes how one understands things. One can speak out of that silence....

In this chaotic life, we all need strength. For some it comes from people, money, happiness and for some, it comes from freedom and so on. What if it all goes away someday? To be honest with you, that may happen. The probability is still there, let’s be factual. For some, it is my philosophy but I’m just being factual. Let’s cut the bullshit for the time being. The question now is, is strength relative to all these things? Is strength relative at all? Because if it is relative then we are lost or we will be. And to explore all that we must first understand what it means by strength. And here I’m more concerned with mental strength rather than physical strength. Physical strength must be there to survive, to act, and to function properly. What is strength, my friend? This is not just a question for me but also you. People learn from people. Years ago, I found a person named Gary Vaynerchuk . He changed the course of my life professionally and what I was doing. I read his book that changed me four years ago and that book is Crush It ! In his book, he has talked about various things like passion, building a personal brand, content creation, authenticity, marketing and so on. I’d suggest that one must read this book if one is starting just out. This book is very simple in language and can potentially change you as well. Whatever I do, I’d say that the sharing of the content part is inspired by this person. There’s a judgment part of it involved in thinking about what to share and what not to share. I’m what I’m right now, right here. The state of the mind is the state of me. Whatever in this, that is me. To be at peace is not a desire but it’s our nature. It’s our life. To live without any conflict in the life. To think about it, is worth it than the things that anybody could desire. There can’t be a great, priceless, worth it desire than to understand life and live it every second. What I want is this. What I hope for others is this. To live joyously is life. To live peacefully is life. Nobody could be happy if that person is full of hate or even a spark of that. Full of jealousy or a spark of that. If people can’t like others how can there would be a relationship of any kind. I don’t see that is possible. Become a light to oneself and that light will awaken others. This, I see very clearly & only option here.

We know many things: what to do, how to do it, what is right, what will work, and some other stuff as well. The problem here is that we know these things, but we don’t try to do any of it. Like, we know that writing helps people, but we don’t write. Even if some people start, they quit. It becomes difficult for them to write because they have nothing to write. Because you’ll develop thinking. The more you write, the more you think clearly. But for writing and thinking, you can add one more thing, which is reading. Why are you doing certain things? To gain something, to prove somebody, to find peace and happiness, to be free from worries and bondage, etc. Your answers may vary, but you have an end goal in mind. If you don't have any end goal, people will say that you are lost. You can also ponder this later, whether you are lost or not. But let's assume you have an end goal, and you also have some means to achieve it. You follow those means to reach that end. It's a simple process, nothing rocket science about it. For a couple of months, I haven't been producing any type of content. I took a break so that I could understand what is happening and what is going to happen. For me, AI is very scary. Early Thoughts Before registering for the Vipassana, I was going through many ups and downs in my life. I wanted a break. I wanted a time where I could live a different life. A life that is different from the so-called normal life. Heard about Vipassana many years ago but that didn't catch my attention. But I was planning to go there. I think everything has its time and for me, when my time came, I was there doing Sadhana ( Meditation ). My parents got no clue where I was planning to go but when the time came, I told them that I’m going to Lucknow for meditation for ten days and I can’t talk to you on phone. Conflicts: A thing that is misunderstood by many of us. Because somewhere we think it’s not important or it has no importance in life. When we are in those situations of pain, conflict or we are struggling to solve the puzzle of life, we miss the point of these conflicts. We forget that this is what makes us stronger. Some months ago, Instagram added a new feature called ‘Favourites’. In this feature, You can add up to 50 people so that you can directly click on this feature and can access their posts. This feature is very helpful for me because I personally want some people’s posts to look at. I don’t want to miss their posts. That’s very important for me.  "In the morning, the first time when I open Instagram, I click on that feature and check my ‘favourites’. A Life that is Worth Living- When I look at a child, I feel very happy. I feel that life is very good. Life is worth living. For a child this is different and for a so-called mature one, it is completely different. But what this maturity is when this mature person is not happy. Will you call that person a mature one?
